WhatsApp Group Admins Will Soon Be Able to Delete Messages For Everyone
WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta, is developing a feature that will let group administrators erase messages for everyone.
The new feature, according to the specifics, would enable group administrators to better manage groups and delete communications that violate any policies or merely do not further the goals of the group.
The feature, which will allow group administrators to remove messages for everyone, has been made available to some beta users for almost a year already, and it is anticipated that WhatsApp will soon put it on the stable version. You can, however, also see if you already have access to the feature.
According to WABetaInfo on its website, "If you are a group admin and you try to delete an incoming message and you see the option "delete for everyone," that signifies the capability is ready.
It said, "Since your name appears within the chat bubble, other users can always see that you've deleted that message when you remove a message for everyone, delivered by another group participant.The feature is currently only available in the messenger's beta version, so it might take some time before it is made available to everyone.
